I have started this blog for a class I am taking at DePaul called "New Social Media Marketing and Culture" and most important my love my food! Half Italian, half Irish and not much of a cook; not that there isn't a desire just a lack of time and knowledge. My goal is to create authentic Italian dishes and share my journey with people looking to recapture the tradition of home cooking, family suppers and recipes passed down from generation to generation.
