The segment I am marketing this blog to are
men or women 30-45 years who may have a little more time to cook homemade
meals, understand the value of traditions and want to spend time in the kitchen
with their families. Sometimes traditions get lost from generation to
generation - clothing, music, language, cooking; traditions get pushed aside
because the next generation may not find it as important. Look in the attic,
the junk drawer, an old jewelry box or the dusty books on the shelf and you may
find something that was made by hand, an old black and white photo,
personalized notes in a recipe book or a voice on a recorder. These are the
special things to talk about around the kitchen table eating dinner with your
family.
